Shipping

We currently ship across Denmark with DAO and to selected countries within Europe.

Available shipping options and delivery costs are shown at checkout. If your country isn't listed, contact us and we'll do our best to arrange shipping manually.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and you'll receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. The period starts from the day you receive your order.

To request a return, email us at info.mariazabro@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You then have another 14 days to return the item. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Returned items should be unused and in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned where the legal exception applies.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info.mariazabro@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll help resolve it.
